Sound recording and transcription of interview with one of the first female sheet metal workers in the Bay Area, Jean-Margaret Strauss, conducted by Judith Beck. In her oral history, Strauss describes the discrimination and obstacles she faced as a female tradeswoman, the skills and experiences she gained on the job, and her relationship with the Sheet Metal Workers Local 104.
